segment on every link
Professional diamond chainsaw chain engineered for cutting concrete, general construction materials, and ductile iron. Manufactured with superior diamond quality and advanced bond technology for fast, stable, and smooth cutting performance. Featuring a segment on every link, this chain delivers exceptional cutting speed and productivity with reduced vibration—faster and easier to use than conventional diamond chains.
Construction materials
Ductile iron
Professional diamond chains for wet cutting of reinforced concrete, masonry, block, natural stone and ductile iron pipe with hydraulic and gas concrete chainsaws.
Choose your application, pitch, bar length and saw model, and we match the chain to your machine – with the guide bar and drive sprocket if you need them.
Two applications
- Construction materials – Premium Blue Shark (F3, 3/8") and Unigal (F4, 7/16" Direct Fit) chains for reinforced concrete, block, brick and natural stone.
- Ductile iron – Black Edge chain, built for ductile iron and cast-iron pipe – available in F4 (7/16" Direct Fit) pitch only. This is a different chain from the construction chain, so order the version that matches your material.
Pitch: F3 or F4
- F3 – 3/8" pitch, for standard bars and sprockets.
- F4 – 7/16" pitch “Direct Fit”, for Force4-type bars and sprockets.
Chain, guide bar and sprocket must all be the same pitch. The two pitches are not interchangeable.
Guide bar & sprocket
Select “add guide bar & sprocket” to receive the bar and drive sprocket that match your saw model, pitch and bar length.

Chain specifications
Choose the chain by your saw model, bar length and pitch. Chain, guide bar and drive sprocket must all be the same pitch.

Operating notes
- Always cut wet. Run a continuous water supply over the full depth of cut from the first second of the cut. Never run a diamond chain dry. Follow your saw manufacturer’s water flow and pressure requirements.
- Tension. Too loose and the chain can jump the bar or open the bar nose; too tight and it wears the bar and sprocket. Check tension when the chain is new and frequently during the first cuts, following the saw manufacturer’s instructions.
- Cutting technique. Let the chain do the work: apply steady feed, enough to pull the free-running speed down slightly, and avoid forcing the cut. Ease the feed through heavy rebar.
- Bar care. A guide bar is a wear part and normally lasts 2–3 chains. Flip the bar each time you fit a new chain, never run a new chain on a damaged bar, and use the shortest bar that reaches your depth.
