fast, easy, and smooth cutting
Hand-held diamond saw blades for cutting concrete, reinforced concrete, asphalt, brick, pavers, tile and stone. Available in two lines, Combo / multi-purpose and Concrete & reinforced concrete, in 12″ to 20″ diameters. Designed for hydraulic, gas and electric hand-held cut-off saws.
Combo / Multi-purpose
Concrete & reinforced concrete
Toolgal hand-held diamond saw blades are built for contractors who cut concrete, masonry and general construction materials with hand-held cut-off saws. The range comes in two lines: a combo blade for crews who move between many materials on the same job, and a dedicated concrete blade for cured and reinforced concrete. Blades are offered from 12" to 20" in diameter, so you can match the blade to the size of your machine and the depth you need to cut.
Two lines
Combo / multi-purpose
One blade for mixed jobsite work. Suitable for:
- Asphalt
- Concrete
- Pavements and pavers
- Brick
- Tiles
- Stone
- General construction materials
Choose the combo blade when one crew handles several materials and you want a single blade on the saw.
Concrete & reinforced concrete
A dedicated blade for cured concrete and reinforced concrete, built for long life in this application. The 18" and 20" sizes carry a taller diamond segment (.475") for more usable diamond in heavy concrete work.
Choosing the right blade
By material
- Mostly concrete, including rebar: choose the Concrete & reinforced concrete line.
- Mixed materials (asphalt, brick, pavers, tile, stone, concrete): choose the Combo / multi-purpose line.
- Cutting results depend on the material as much as the blade: the amount and size of rebar, the type and size of aggregate, and how hard the concrete is all affect cutting speed and blade life. If one material dominates your work, tell us and we will help you choose.
By diameter
- Always use the blade diameter your saw is designed for. The machine's guard and rating determine which diameter you can run.
- A larger diameter gives a deeper cut but needs a larger, more powerful saw. Choose the smallest diameter that reaches the depth you need.
- 12" and 14" blades suit compact hand-held saws; 16" to 20" blades suit larger saws used for deeper cuts.
Machines
Toolgal hand-held blades are designed for hand-held cut-off saws of all drive types:
- Hydraulic saws
- Gas saws
- Electric saws
Before mounting, confirm that the blade's arbor matches your saw's spindle and drive pin (see the Technical Data tab), and that the maximum RPM printed on the blade is equal to or higher than the spindle speed of the machine. Never run a blade above the maximum speed marked on it.
Operating tips
- Cut wet where possible. Water cooling keeps the blade cool, flushes the slurry out of the cut and controls dust. Follow the blade marking and your saw manufacturer's instructions for wet or dry use.
- Check the rotation arrow. Mount the blade so the arrow on the blade matches the direction of the spindle, and tighten the flange as the saw manufacturer specifies.
- Let the blade do the work. Use steady, moderate feed pressure. Forcing the blade overheats it and shortens its life.
- Cut straight; never side-load. Do not twist, bend or grind with the side of the blade, and do not use it to cut curves.
- Cut deep jobs in several passes rather than plunging to full depth at once.
- Inspect before every use. Do not use a blade with cracked, missing or damaged segments, a cracked or bent core, or signs of overheating (discoloration).
- Wear protective equipment (eye, hearing and respiratory protection, gloves) and keep the saw guard in place.
Special sizes and blade configurations are available on request. Contact us with your material, machine and cutting depth, and we will recommend the right blade.

Selection notes
- Match the blade diameter to the size your saw and guard are designed for.
- Check that the arbor fits your saw’s spindle and drive pin before ordering. “+ drive pin hole” means the blade has an additional hole for saws with a drive pin. Not sure? Ask us before you order.
- The maximum RPM printed on the blade must be equal to or higher than your saw’s spindle speed.
- Mostly concrete and rebar: choose the Concrete line. Mixed materials: choose the Combo line.
